Our grid inlays are made of corrugated or solid cardboard, or foam. We offer various strength as well as numbers of compartments. Our customers can choose from standardised to customized products. We can ship your order either flat or erected.
Cardboard / PE Foam
Grid inlays made of cardboard can be made out of corrugated or solid board. This divider offers a cost-effective way of separation as you can save tooling-costs. Due to their density, PE inlays are particularly suitable for heavy components in small quantities.
The respective qualities depend on size and weight of the packaged goods as well as on the container intended for the packaging (KLT, etc.).
We can produce various qualities with a density of 16 – 35 kg/m³. Our standard colours are white and anthracite.
