Grid inlays are particularly suitable for packaging goods that require separation of the components. The individual sections of the compartments minimise the mobility of the components during transport. The clearly arranged subdivision of the inserts simplifies assembly, facilitates sorting of packaged parts and minimizes the risk of incorrect quantity deposits.
We offer compartments made of corrugated or solid cardboard as well as foam or plastic in various thicknesses and in disposable or reusable variants. An antistatic version with ESD protection is of course possible.
Grid inlays can be used in a variety of industries. We can offer you them assembled or unassembled, the choice of material is made individually for your area of application.
Cardboard compartments can be made of corrugated or solid cardboard. This type of divider offers cost-effective separation of the packaged parts, as no complex tooling is required.
The respective qualities result from the size or weight of the packaged goods as well as the container intended for the packaging (KLT, etc.).
PE foam compartments can be produced in various qualities with a density of 16 – 35 kg/m³. Standard colours are white and anthracite. Due to their density, these compartments are particularly suitable for heavy components in small quantities.
Plastic compartments are particularly suitable for KLT containers. Due to the heat resistance of the material, they are particularly suitable for multiple use, as they are easily washable when soiled by oily or otherwise contaminated components.
Our plastic compartments are available in different materials (PP, PE, ABS etc.) and in thicknesses of 2 – 3 mm.
