Lids

Lids are primarily used to protect products from dust and other impurities as well as damage. They can also be individually designed by adding specific product numbers and/ or logos.

Our lids are available in different materials and dimensions. Using cardboard or PE foam they can be produced up to a size of an Euro pallet.

Our plastic lids are available in different designs and dimensions and can, upon request, be provided with your company logo. Using lids, trays become easier stackable and you can prevent products from being touched by the ones above.

Depending on the requirements of our customers, we can manufacture all types of material (ABS, ABS-TPU, PS, PS/PE, PET, PVC and PE). We also offer recycled as well as antistatic and ESD materials. Thickness: 0.3 mm up to 12.0 mm

We offer standardized plastic lids for KLT containers type 4314 and 4315 without tooling costs. In case you are interested please check our product catalogue.

Of course, other dimensions are also possible upon request.

Our corrugated board lids are available with single or double wall.
We can produce PE foam lids with a density of 16 – 35 kg/m³.
