What we need
We need a detailed PDF file/drawing of the component and special requirements to find the perfect packaging. Alternatively, you can also provide us with the original product that needs to be packaged; we will take care of all the rest.
We are always there if you need further assistance. No matter if in a personal conversation, via telephone or e-mail, it is our goal to support you in the best way possible.
As soon as we create your packaging profile, we will create your individual packaging concept. We need as much information as possible to work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Amongst others, please consider the following:
- Do you need disposable or reusable packaging?
- Have you considered abrasion or heat protection?
- Should the parts be stackable?
- Do you use automation processes?
- …
The perfect design for your product
After receiving all information, we will create your individual draft. We use “Solidworks” to present our construction proposal, and after your approval, we will start the mould manufacture. It is also possible to create a segment of your cavity using 3D prototyping.
Tool & die-cutting
Once we receive your purchase order, we will create the corresponding tool.
Before starting production, you will receive hand-cut samples for your final approval.
Start of production
We are ready for production within 10 working days from the date of your final approval.
